I am practically out of Internet connection for a couple of days now, and it was a wonder how I am still alive.
I understand that Celcom Broadband postpaid services allowed a credit of RM250 before connection barring, and last month's bill came up to RM198. Hence I thought I could stretch the paying period a little longer since the maximum credit was RM250, which was not breached yet. However, on Monday I have received this weird notification via sms from Celcom reminding me to pay my bills within one day's time, or else my connection would be barred.
Obviously I was working and could not make the payment the following day, and out of total frustration my connection was, well, disconnected.
On Wednesday evening I got off work a little earlier than usual and stormed down to the nearest Celcom point for payment (I minimize payments through online banking, I do not trust it that much) and they told me that the system has been down for a couple of days !!! Now my connection has been barred, and I could not clear my bills. Double WTF !!
Oh well, I have an important dinner to attend tonight, and that means the soonest I can pay the bills would be Friday evening. I wonder if the connection will be unbarred straight after the payment is cleared. Else, I might not even have Internet connection over the weekend !! What horror !!
So yeah, the entries on the DCIM has got to be postponed a little bit. Do bear with me through this Internet-less time. Thanks to dear colleague Alvin I have got this brief connection from work to update you guys on my status.
